using living systems that employ space saving concepts. We aspire

The
Company began as a research partnership under the direction of George
S. Reppas and in 1987 the partnership assets were transferred into
a Nevada corporation. This was in exchange for the founding shares.
The initial research was for the development of innovative and leading
edge space saving living systems. Proprietary inventions were filed
and international patents were granted. The Company continued developing
patents and engaged in an extensive testing program to develop marketing
statistics from test placements. With the products' proven market
acceptance and its durability fully tested, the Company is prepared
to utilize a fully integrated production system to assure competitive
pricing to the end user.

The
Company engaged a consortium of professionals as its investors who
examined the results and exchanged their services and/or investment
for an ownership stake in the Company's future. Among others, these
